The invitation link is unique per Stormz activity directly accessible on your Dashboard. So each workshop, quiz or socialiser on your Dashboard will have its own code but workshops, quiz and socialisers gathered in the same Event share the same invitation code. It's a quick way to invite participants to join a Stormz activity even if they don’t own an account on Stormz.

Facilitator – how to get the link ?

1. Go to your stormz activity
2. Open the settings of the activity by clicking on the wheel towards the top-right corner of the screen
3. Click on the Invitations or Invite attendees menu
4. Copy the link

How and where to share this link? It can be in an email prior to the workshop and/or on the chat of your web-conference at the beginning of the online meeting.

Tips: Avoid asking future attendees to create an account on our platform prior to a workshop. Why? Some will not do it, others will not confirm the account and others will forget the password by then so the easier is the include 5 minutes at the beginning of your workshop so that everyone can create an account and/or join.

Attendees – how to join with a link?

1. Click on the link
2. Create an account on the left or Log in if on the right you already have an account. If you are creating an account, confirm your username.
3. You are in the workshop!

Logged-in users can simply click on the link and will be simply redirected to the Stormz activity.
